Sometimes what you include in your portfolio is a sentimental choice. Salinas Valley Health cares for the migrant workers, farmers, tradespeople and shopkeepers of the Salinas Valley, whose verdant fields produce an outsized proportion of our country’s produce. Every health systems say it, but I’ve never seen a more community-minded, community-in-their-bones system. This was their first-ever brand campaign. Not only were they thrilled with it and proud of it, they showed us numbers that proved they were moving the needle with it.
